PCN Network Manager and Digital Transformation Lead Salary: In the range of £45,000 - £52,650 WTE dependent on experience. Working Hours: 30-37.5 hours per week 33 days leave inclusive of bank holidays WTE Phoenix Health PCN is seeking an enthusiastic, forward-thinking, business-driven Network Digital Transformation Manager. Our PCN is made up of 3 GP Practices: Unity Health, Cross Keys, and Haddenham Medical Centre, providing services for approximately 47,000 patients. Main Duties of the Job

We are looking for an individual with strong leadership skills to develop and manage the future strategic direction of our Primary Care Network. In this role, the candidate will also manage aspects of the PCN such as finance, HR, recruitment, and digital transformation, with the responsibility of data collection, analysis, and collation of feedback for reporting. Strong knowledge and skills in project management and business development are essential. The successful candidate will join a growing network of care coordinators, social prescribers, health and wellbeing coaches, clinical pharmacists, and pharmacy technicians, becoming a key integral leader in driving the network forward as an experienced proven manager. The management team includes a PCN Operations Manager, who supports the PCN manager and all PCN staff, attends meetings representing the PCN management team, and supports the digital transformation agenda. Job Responsibilities

Job Summary: Provide comprehensive, innovative, and professional management support to the PCN Clinical Director and Board to ensure that the PCN operates effectively as a business and develops strategically to meet the long-term objectives of primary care networks. Understand the PCN Network DES and develop/implement services to meet its requirements. Develop and maintain a business plan for the PCN. Manage existing contracts and services. Ensure the network operates within the agreed budget. Deliver cost-effective services within agreed budgets. Ensure fair distribution of resources across the PCN practices. Maintain professional and clinical standards. Work closely with clinical leaders to deliver quality service, performance targets, and KPIs. Ensure effective governance to maintain quality, safety, and manage risk. Provide leadership and management to aid service transformation for our population. Person Specification

Analytical and IT Skills

Able to work with complex information and translate it into action. Ability to establish data collection and analysis systems. Proficient in Microsoft Office and advanced Excel skills for analysis and costing. Computer literate and able to manage own IT needs. Communication Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Networking and relationship support skills. Ability to foster constructive working relationships at all levels. Ability to set and deliver clear priorities while meeting multiple stakeholder expectations. Excellent presentation skills. Experience of partnership working and delivering projects across different organisations. Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience at management level. Experience within the health sector. Strong record of change management. Understanding of the NHS, specifically knowledge of national direction of travel/five-year forward view. Knowledge of primary care contracts GMS/DES/LIS/QoF. Experience of managing both clinical and admin staff. Experience

Strong knowledge of financial management, budget planning, and monitoring. Strong knowledge of project/service implementation. Strong experience of business planning. Experience of managing people with a strong track record of supporting and developing staff. Disclosure and Barring Service Check
