Background –
You will be joining a well-liked and respected practice in Stonehenge-country, most likely working out of one site and not across several practices like other PCN roles currently being advertised.
You’ll work with a mixed demographic offering plenty of variety but with only low levels of deprivation.
Templates are a manageable 27 patients per day with lots of flexibility around structure and order. As a small practice, home visits are minimal and triage is ANP and Paramedic-led meaning any Duty sessions are more in a support capacity.
Passing chats in the corridor are a regular feature so there’ll be ample opportunities to seek support and guidance when needed.
A start date of as soon as possible is preferred but a New Year start wouldn’t be ruled out.
Salary: c£10,000 per session – contract until March 31st with scope to extend/be made permanent
Sessions: 4-6 sessions ideally, open to considering full-time
Location – Amesbury area
You must be qualified as a General Practitioner and registered with the GMC and UK performers list.
