SCM has been selected by the trust as the approach to implement within the personality disorder pathway. This is an exciting opportunity for you to develop specific skills in line with evidence-based treatment and be involved in providing support for service users to recover, develop autonomy and no longer require secondary mental health services. Supervision is an integral part of this job; you will be supported with regular access to supervision on a consistent basis. Clinical supervision will be provided by the PDMCN Specialist Practitioners within the PDMCN HUB including senior Clinical Leads. It is desirable to have some knowledge of SCM and also an interest in working with people with personality disorder. Main duties of the job
