Whether you're looking for short-term or long-term placements, GSL Education provides flexible roles that suit your needs. Responsibilities as a PE Cover Supervisor / Sports Coach Supervise PE lessons and provide support for students during practical sessions. Lead and assist with coaching a variety of sports to students of all abilities. Ensure students are engaged and maintain good behaviour during sports activities. Cover PE lessons in the absence of regular teaching staff. Help with the planning and organisation of sports events and activities. Provide feedback on student progress and areas for improvement. Support students' physical and personal development in a safe and inclusive manner. Requirements for the PE Cover Supervisor / Sports Coach Experience in coaching or teaching sports at the secondary school level. A genuine passion for physical education and encouraging students to engage in physical activity. Strong communication skills with the ability to manage a classroom effectively. Ability to work as part of a team and independently. Enthusiasm for helping students develop their sports skills and fitness. A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to adapt to different situations.
