Reference: Vrg_2425_012 Job title: Pega Architect We are seeking an experienced Pega Architect for a future role to design and implement scalable, efficient solutions using the Pega Platform. The role involves leveraging Pega PRPC and BPM workflows to optimize business processes, managing data modeling, and integrating Pega with external systems using APIs, LDAP, and SSL. Key Responsibilities: Design and architect comprehensive Pega Platform solutions, leveraging Pega PRPC to align with business requirements. Develop, implement, and optimize Business Process Management (BPM) workflows within Pega to improve business efficiency and performance. Lead the data modeling process to ensure efficient and accurate data flow across Pega applications. Manage Pega integration efforts, working with APIs, LDAP, SSL, and security protocols to ensure secure, reliable data exchange across systems. Oversee and implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) for user roles and permissions within Pega applications. Utilize Pega Tracer and Performance Analyzer (PAL) to monitor and troubleshoot application performance, making improvements as necessary. Implement and monitor System Management Application (SMA) and Pega AES for efficient system monitoring, resource management, and error handling. Design and deploy Pega KYC (Know Your Customer) solutions tailored to specific business needs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Mentor and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and analysts, providing guidance on best practices, design patterns, and solution architecture. Lead performance optimization initiatives using Pega Performance Analyzer (PAL), ensuring applications run efficiently and meet business SLAs. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, map solutions, and provide technical documentation that guides project execution and future maintenance. Ensure all solutions comply with security standards, leveraging SSL and RBAC for secure access and data integrity. Leverage Pega RPA for process automation, enhancing workflows and reducing manual intervention. Document system architectures, solutions, and integration points, maintaining clear and accurate records for team collaboration and future reference. Required skills and experience: Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field. Extensive experience with Pega Platform, Pega PRPC, and BPM. Proven knowledge of data modeling and Pega integration with a variety of external systems. Proficiency with API integration, LDAP, and SSL protocols for secure, seamless data interactions. Certified Pega Lead System Architect (CPLSA) and Certified Pega Business Architect (CPBA). Strong understanding of RBAC for managing user roles and permissions within Pega. Experience with Pega Tracer, Performance Analyzer (PAL), System Management Application (SMA), and Pega AES for system troubleshooting and performance monitoring. Knowledge of Pega JSP for creating custom interfaces and integrating them within Pega applications. Hands-on experience with Pega KYC frameworks to meet compliance and regulatory requirements. Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on optimizing Pega applications for performance and scalability. Strong communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and executive leadership. Additional Pega certifications or experience with other Pega frameworks (e.g., Customer Service or Marketing). Employment Type:
