Contract Experience in KYC and CLM is mandatory. Work mode will be remote. Responsibilities: Should have in-depth experience in Pega CLM/KYC implementation and architecting for multiple customers. Should have a deep understanding of CLM/KYC strategic app implementation using OOTB Features. Drives design and development for major components of focused solutions. Should be familiar with CLM Architecture and various journeys. Ensures delivered work meets technical functional performance and business customer requirements as well as best practices. Leads and participates in project teams. Strong technical acumen and ability to lead a development process. Proficient in a variety of business processes/environments such as banking. Pega certified business architect certification is mandatory. Experience in defining business processes using Pega platform for the financial sector. Lead the business team in gathering requirements and choose the best way to implement requirements leveraging the Pega system software and DCO capabilities. Manage business stakeholders and effectively communicate ideas. Understand business process and business requirements of the customers and translate them to requirements artifacts such as BRD, Functional spec, User stories. Help to ensure that the requirements management and facilitation best practices are adhered to, including management of artifacts through traceability, version control, and change control. Help to document business rules and assist with work type structure from the perspective of the business needs. Design and configure rules and flows and assist with the draft user interface and draft process flow development. Function as an Information Technology Business Analyst by understanding business requirements and transforming those requirements into data mapping specs. Effectively communicate with internal teams and clients to deliver user interface requirements like graphical user interfaces, screens, and interface mockups. Understand interface integration technologies and have a good understanding of customers' needs so they can be translated into requirements. Strong understanding of Pega methodologies.
