The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Brand Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand design and packaging, with a focus on global occasions and holidays, including Christmas. This role requires a strategic thinker who can oversee the development of Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM), exclusive packaging for international markets, and New Product Development (NPD) packaging. Additionally, as part of the Product Marketing team, the Senior Brand Designer will contribute to market research, competitor studies, and collaborate with the Puig purchasing and packaging teams to help develop and design products and packaging. This is a temporary, fixed term contract for 12 months. What you'll get to do

Brand Development:

Oversee the creation and execution of brand POSM and packaging for global occasions and holidays. International Packaging:

Design exclusive packaging for international markets, ensuring brand consistency and cultural relevance. NPD Packaging:

Collaborate with the NPD team to develop innovative packaging solutions for new products. Market Research:

Contribute market research and competitive studies to identify trends and opportunities in beauty industry and gifting/occasions. Guideline Production:

Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials. Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with the purchasing team and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Project Management:

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output. We'd love to meet you if you have

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field. 5+ years of experience in brand design, packaging, and marketing. Strong portfolio showcasing experience with global occasions and holiday packaging. Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and innovation. Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Strong project management skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to conduct market research and analyse competitive landscapes. A few things you'll love about us
