Pensions Analyst . In this role, you will ensure all aspects of a transition project are delivered on time, to a high standard, and within a controlled project environment. The Scheme Benefits team operates within the Implementation Department, delivering first-class pension administration solutions for both new and existing clients. Projects range from large-scale transformational deliveries to tailored client solutions, offering a varied and dynamic working environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead client implementation projects within your workstream. Drive the gathering, interpretation, and documentation of client requirements. Translate requirements into system solutions and oversee the implementation process. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve project-related queries and issues. Ensure efficient and timely delivery of all project tasks within budget. Represent the organization in client meetings and project status calls. Mentor and develop Implementation Analysts, fostering their professional growth. Assist in project management, including risk and issue identification and mitigation. Facilitate internal and external system training sessions, and provide comprehensive documentation. Support the line manager in the effective management of team members. Participate in the technical development of technology platforms through analysis, design, and specifications for new or enhanced features. Technical Expertise: In-depth technical pensions knowledge of Defined Benefit schemes. Why Join Us?
