ERM Pension Risk & Control Senior Analyst
Oliver James are supporting a prominent, globally known name in the insurance sector in their search for a Pension Risk & Control Senior Analyst. This is a hybrid, permanent position located in the Ipswich office.
Role & Responsibilities
Responsible for embedding the risk and control framework in line with the Pensions Regulator. Provide oversight for the risk and control framework. Present committee reports to senior stakeholders. Conduct annual risk assessments and scenario analyses. Continually update and modify risk management strategies based on changing market conditions. Collaborate with other internal teams within the business. Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders about the risk landscape. Stay up to date with changing regulation.
Key Skills
Strong knowledge of Enterprise Risk Management principles. Experience working within pension insurance or financial services, with knowledge of the pension industry. Proven success in implementing internal risk framework. Strong analytic and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex risk scenarios.
