statutory monthly pension reporting,
delivering accurate and timely results. Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure seamless resolutions to customer issues. Offer
technical assistance
and support throughout the customer's journey, from onboarding to ongoing queries. Ensure compliance with Quality & Regulatory standards while delivering
exceptional customer service. Proactively address customer needs, resolve complex problems, and always look for ways to enhance the customer experience. Keep up to date with the latest pension trends and
