This is an exciting role and would most likely suit someone with significant experience of DB pensions in a de-risking role. We undertake pensions administration for over one million members and provide advisory services to schemes and corporate sponsors in respect of schemes of all sizes, including 88 with assets over £1bn. We also provide wider ranging support to insurance companies in the life and bulk annuities sector. The Team Our award-winning pensions administration business puts scheme members at the heart of everything we do. Our services include scheme administration, first-time outsourcing, member communications and scam protection. The Role As a De-risking Lead with XPS you will: Ownership of the de-risking project. Drive the projects forward, ensuring action is taken and momentum is kept. Ensure coordination between all APT teams. Ensure coordination between all parties. Feed in comments from the client and legal advisers, where relevant. Keep actions and timescales on track, incorporate additional ad-hoc actions when required. Lead client meetings; the de-risking lead is expected to be client-facing, presenting results and advice to the client. Manage fees and quotations.

Your profile Essential Criteria Client/Project Management experience from concept to implementation. Extensive understanding of DB Pensions with significant de-risking experience. Effective interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and build long-term working relationships at all levels, both internal and external of the organisation. Excellent stakeholder management. Strong written, verbal and presentation skills to all levels. Excellent organisational and planning skills. Ability to create and manage documentation. Able to work as part of a multi-disciplined team. Able to recognise the need for a customer-focused approach to their delivery both in terms of quality and exceeding customer expectations.
