A large national business is looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their well-established and friendly HR team.
Your new role
Working to ensure the provision of a high-quality People service to all stakeholders at the site. Supporting the People Manager and the wider team by delivering the site people plan. Developing effective relationships with and supporting the management team with ER casework, providing generalist support and advice, ensuring all company policies and procedures are adhered to. Minute take and provide first line ER advice to management in meetings, such as disciplinaries, investigations, grievances, suspension cases etc. Absence management. Supporting large-scale change projects and maintaining excellent relationships with the on-site employee forum. Playing an active role in absence control and retention, ensuring contractual KPIs are achieved and maintained. Proactively facilitate and champion employee engagement, Diversity & Inclusion and communications initiatives across the site. Working collaboratively with, jointly line managing and developing a small team of People Assistants. Responsibility for producing and reporting key people data and metrics to senior and customer stakeholders. Supporting the Site People Manager to ensure relevant management training is identified, sourced and delivered, promoting a culture of learning and development across the site.
