About you We’re looking for an experienced People and Culture Advisor who will support Trooli in their growth and help to maintain a positive workplace culture. You will deliver an efficient and effective HR support and advisory service to managers and employees across the company. This is an initial 6-month fixed term contract. The Role Provide professional advice on all our P&C policies and procedures to our line managers such as absence management, performance management and disciplinaries. Prepare and attend formal and informal P&C meetings where required. Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and in line with current employment legislation. Support the development and implementation of new P&C initiatives. Perform administrative duties such as drafting letters relating to various P&C processes. Update and maintain the HR system. Compile data / MI reports as and when required. Take minutes during meetings ensuring that they are documented accurately. Support and drive employee engagement initiatives to help promote our employer brand and a positive workplace culture. Skills and Experience Previous experience within a HR / People and Culture advisory role within telecommunications or another relatable industry. Experience of handling ER cases through to resolution alongside line managers. Strong understanding of HR best practice, policies and employment law. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent communication skills – written and verbal. High degree of diplomacy, professionalism and confidentiality. Proficient user of Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (preferably CIPHR). Qualifications Ideally you will have one of the following qualifications or equivalent experience: Educated to GCSE or equivalent, ideally grade 4 and above with math, English, and IT or Science.
