We are currently recruiting for a People and Culture Business Partner to join our team on a maternity cover basis. As PCBP, you are responsible for the People & Culture Team and how this team partners with the business. You will partner with local BU leads, lead a team of HR Generalists that will support the business with employee relations HR related matters such as on-boarding, annual leave, payroll queries, and prepare and report on key MI Metrics, using data to drive required changes and inform the Business. You will also play a large role in rolling out company engagement initiatives, fostering our unique culture and our EVP. Key Responsibilities

Lead on complex employee relations matters/caseload as necessary (including Performance matters, Absence, Redundancy, TUPE) including working with and mentoring the HR Advisor assigned to each matter/case. Integral member of local management team, drive through local BU Operations initiatives, key to operational growth and operational excellence. Report on People metrics to support managers in defining, developing, and executing people plans. Owner of the Performance enablement process in the UK Engage BU. Drive robust Communications and tailored training to influence business managers on decision making on people, promotions, and recruitment, Talent Planning. Communicate key messages through Business area, attending team meetings and being a visible partner. Support the HR Director to deliver on People & Culture local and wider Global or regional change projects. For example, current projects include embedding EVP and Values, Wellbeing Initiatives, Communications Plan, Talent Management, Job Architecture. Develop a deep knowledge of business strategies, priorities and challenges to raise creditability of the People team. Ensure that your business areas are right sized and structured to deliver. Review and when appropriate deliver clear robust Policies, updated in a timely manner with UK legislation changes. Partner with Payroll to ensure timely payroll delivery ensuring records and data is accurately recorded in the HRIS. Advise managers on the terms and conditions of employment and knowledge share best practice with them. Drive the performance of the P&C Team, ensure continuous development. Oversee delivery of Company Induction (delivered by Team). Requirements & Qualifications:

CIPD Qualification or working towards would be advantageous. A minimum of 5 years management experience. Prior experience working with ER caseload essential, particularly re-structuring and TUPE desirable. Our Leadership Commitments:
