You will be working for the high growth womenswear brand Sisters & Seekers within a passionate and visionary team, all striving towards taking the brand to the next level. We are based near Chester but have a global reach with customers all over the world. We are looking for an approachable, positive and organised individual who is looking for a new start in a dynamic and expanding team at our HQ near Chester (CH5). This position is a full-time role based in the office from Monday to Friday, with the opportunity to immerse yourself in the lively Sisters & Seekers team, and if you’re camera ready, to be a part of our viral TikTok videos! This role will report to our Finance & People Manager, supporting team recruitment across the company and carrying out administrative responsibilities. What you will do:

Recruitment support in a high growth company, providing administrative support with recruitment activities, including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling and interview feedback. Onboarding new team members, managing the process end to end, including preparation of contracts, coordinating induction schedule, holding introductory meetings and preparing the necessary training packs & handbooks. Handling any off-boarding processes, including any documents required for a seamless transition. Organising intern and work experience programs, including coordinating and overseeing internship and work experience intake, with onboarding, scheduling and support provided. Absence & time tracking, keeping a log of employee absences, overtime (OT), and Days in Lieu (DIL), ensuring accurate monitoring, record-keeping and reporting to management. Expense support, assisting with collecting and organising employee expense claims and presenting this to management. Support with employee queries, serving as a point of contact for general HR queries and providing guidance to employees on company policies and procedures. Employee life cycle administration including scheduling inductions and probation reviews for each department and maintaining accurate records on our system. Policy & procedure support, assisting with the implementation and communication of company policies, contributing to a well-informed and compliant workplace. HR projects & initiatives, along with team building and initiatives in employee wellbeing, team engagement and continuing to drive a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Meeting support by preparing rooms for external and internal meetings and having the ability to take accurate and confidential notes during meetings as and when required, ensuring follow-ups and documentation are well-maintained. Updating team with company wide information and statistics to ensure a high level of communication across the company. Researching and offering key learning events for staff member development. Other additional administrative jobs & HR projects as and when they arise. We'd love to meet someone with:

2+ years of experience in a similar HR or administrative role. A bubbly and positive sense of humour that fits well with the current team culture. Excellent initiative and the foresight to complete standard tasks before instruction is given. Professionalism and commitment in all aspects of the role, but particularly with understanding the business or department needs. Strong organisational and time management skills, able to prioritise and meet deadlines. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively build and maintain relationships with people internally and externally. Excellent spelling and grammar, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to present information appropriately and effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software/database management. Knowledge of HR principles, employment law, and best practices. Familiarity with payroll, ATS, and HR systems is advantageous. The ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity. Capacity to work on multiple projects simultaneously. The ability to work in office full-time (CH5). Company Overview:
