You will be providing vital support to our colleagues, acting as a champion for their welfare and wellbeing, and providing professional guidance & advice to our line managers. You’ll enjoy building an excellent working relationship with the central resourcing team to achieve our recruitment goals, and with the central people development team to upskill and train management teams. Is this you? Previous experience working in an advisory HR or People & Culture role is essential. You will have experience in advising and partnering line managers in employee relation cases, providing professional advice based on a good knowledge of employment law. You should also be an advocate of colleague engagement and wellbeing. You will have strong organisational skills, be analytically minded with the ability to produce informative reports and presentations, and have experience of delivering training and interviewing.
