People and Development Coordinator – short term contract starting ASAP


TLP have been working with Toyota (GB) PLC for over 25 years and are a trusted partner. This role will be employed by TLP (secondment to Toyota (GB) PLC)


  • £30,000 - £32,000 pro rata
  • FTC – ASAP start and ends on 31st March 2025
  • Near Epsom, Surrey (location is most easily reached by own transport)
  • Hybrid working (3 days a week in the office)

Role in a nutshell: This is a very busy fast paced role where you will be providing excellent administrative support to the Manager, Talent and Learning Development and wider team, supporting them with training and development initiatives. You will be supporting the People Team to deliver training and development coordination to internal customers.


Key responsibilities:

  • Managing the Learning and HR inboxes to provide a first-class customer service by being the key contact for employee training and people requests, including arranging the logistics efficiently for in-house and virtual training and liaising with external providers.
  • Liaise between training providers and workplace experience, setting up rooms as necessary – organising catering, printing as required and being a point of contact on the day.
  • Ensuring that all training is evaluated, creating monthly reports on attendance and completion rates.
  • You will also be involved in wider HR related projects including Wellbeing, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and general HR operations, providing administrative duties.
