People Business Partner! What you’ll be doing as People Business Partner You will assess and anticipate ER/HR-related needs, communicating proactively with your People colleagues and managers and presenting to senior leaders. Your remit includes: strategic planning, including reskilling, upskilling, retention and succession planning; guiding the People Advisor who reports into you on policies and more complex issues; supporting (and coaching) managers through performance management processes, and playing a part in succession planning initiatives. Other rewarding areas of responsibility for our People Business Partner include creating a framework of job families, levels and pay bandings to create a structure of transparency and career progression and supporting any organisational restructuring. What you’ll need • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws and regulations. • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. • Full valid driving licence.
