About The Role We are looking for a pro-active, dedicated and values driven HR professional to join our People Partnering Team. The role is for an initial 12 month period as we reallocate colleagues internally to support the implementation of a new workforce management solution. There is the potential for the role to be extended or made permanent at a later date. Reporting to the Senior People Business Partner, you will act as a key partner to our Registered Managers and their services, upskilling and coaching line managers. You will oversee complex employee relations cases, providing highly specialist advice in line with company policies, regulatory guidance, and employment legislation. You will execute people solutions that help achieve business objectives as well as support the development of a supportive and values-centric culture. About You You will need to be a highly organised individual, who is able to balance and prioritise their workload whilst working to various deadlines. You will be able to build and maintain positive and meaningful relationships with teams and individuals as well as being an effective communicator, who provides clear and concise advice to stakeholders. You will need to be CIPD Level 5 qualified or can demonstrate that you are making good progress towards achieving the qualification. A sound knowledge of current employment legislation as well as knowledge of best practice in employee relations is essential.
