Due to continued success and growth, our Client, an impressive, award-winning employer, headquartered in Newry, with multiple sites across the UK and Ireland, wishes to recruit a Junior People & Culture Officer/HR Assistant. This is a new, permanent HR Assistant role and a fantastic opportunity to work as part of a well-established, highly successful team. The successful Junior People & Culture Officer/HR Assistant will assist the HR Manager with the effective delivery of a full range of HR services, from recruitment and onboarding, culture and wellbeing initiatives to monitoring absence, coordination of investigations, and keeping systems accurate and up to date. The Role:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment administration process, ensuring a seamless candidate journey Coordinate the induction and onboarding of new employees Manage administrative tasks across the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding Assist in planning and delivering employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives Assist in coordinating employment investigations and probation reviews Monitor absences across the organisation Assist with advising and guiding Managers on employee issues for NI and ROI Maintain accurate training records Manage and keep the HR systems up to date Promote and support the company policies and procedures The Person:

CIPD membership or working towards this would be desirable 3 rd

Level qualification, desirable Recent, relevant experience working in an HR role (2-3 years) Excellent communication skills Willing to learn Passionate about HR The Rewards:
