People & Culture Advisor

Due to continued success, our client, an awarding winning professional services organisation in Belfast City Centre, wish to recruit an experienced People & Culture Advisor. This is a fantastic, permanent opportunity and a very generalist HR Advisory role. The successful People & Culture Advisor will join a well-established, professional People & Culture team and take responsibility for all the HR operational processes, implementing improvements, resolving complex issues and providing advice on HR policies and procedures. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a growing business, providing a high quality HR service and supporting the team and business in meeting objectives, delivering operational plans and facilitating growth. The Role Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders Provide a seamless recruitment and onboarding process Absence management and recommend solutions to action any identified issues Support employee relations and performance management Along with the People and Culture team, regularly review and update policies, processes and procedures to ensure continuous improvement Support learning and development and health and wellbeing initiatives The Person CIPD qualified 2+ years HR generalist/Advisory experience Experience working within a professional services organisation (finance, consulting, law, IT etc) Strong knowledge of NI employment legislation Excellent stakeholder management skills Excellent attention to detail Team player The Rewards Attractive salary Full time, permanent opportunity Belfast city centre location Hybrid working – 3 days office/ 2 WFH Private medical Excellent pension contribution For further information and to apply for this People & Culture Advisor job, please contact Stephanie Mulholland at Hunter Savage.
