Key responsibilities and mandate As P&C Business Partner you are an essential member of the Management Team. You will be responsible for the strategic and tactical direction of P&C, operational tasks and implementation of initiatives according to the P&C agenda. You will provide professional P&C advice, analyse and steer the P&C framework and be responsible for facilitating and implementing various P&C processes. Key responsibilities entail driving change initiatives from cultural change to performance improvement programs. In this position, understanding what the business needs are key. You have the ability to translate business requirements and goals into P&C plans to achieve business impact.
Furthermore, you are responsible for: Managing all P&C issues within your area of responsibility both on an operational, tactical and strategic level Supporting the organisation in reaching their business targets from a people perspective Driving & implementing employee experience initiatives and securing a high performance and customer focused culture Coaching, supporting and guiding managers in various P&C processes (e.g. My Opinion, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Talent Management) Managing and maintaining good relationships in cooperation with Industrial Relations Cooperate and align with global P&C functions and processes Driving the long term P&C agenda with a strategical mindset

Required education, work experience & skills You need a mindset of curiosity and willing to learn. You are a clear advocate of teamwork, employee experience and cultural change in the company. Your qualifications as a Business Partner Bachelor degree (in P&CM, law, Psychology, Business or Economics); Several years of working experience within the P&C field with knowledge and experience from working in several areas within P&C Fluent in English, written and spoken. If you have experience from matrix, global or change intense organisations that will be considered an advantage.
This role can be 37.5 hours/week. 5 day/week, based around a Hybrid working model, where you would need to work in the London office 2 or 3 days each week. Therefore, it is necessary to live within commuting distance of our client's office. They would also consider a part-time set up with a flexibility in hours - i.e. can flex up or down days.
