This isn’t your typical HR role. We are looking for someone who’s dedicated to continuous improvement, and who can connect with people from all walks of life and genuinely make a positive impact. Keen to build leaders, and encourage them to be the best in the business, and it all starts with this position.
Flexible approach to work-life balance throughout the year as follows:
April-September - 4 days/week (Every Friday Off! not condensed and FT salary)
October-December - 5 days in office
January-March - 4.5 Days per week (half-day Fridays WFH)

A degree in HR or equivalent, with CIPD qualification preferred.
