We’re creating a new People Service Desk team as part of our mission to deliver an ever-improving support HR service to our network of 53 schools that is educating over 25,000 young people across the UK every week. As our
People Data Analyst , you’ll play a vital part in bringing together all the information our stakeholders and other interested parties need. This is an opportunity to be an important contributor in our new team, but also to be part of an organisation that is playing a fundamentally key role in local communities across the UK. What you’ll be doing In this role you will develop and deliver comprehensive HR MI to support projects and initiatives in the People Services and wider People Team. Some of your core responsibilities will include: Partner with People Services and wider People Team stakeholders to understand their MI needs and provide timely, accurate, and clear analytics, including regular and ad-hoc reporting, interactive dashboards, advanced data modelling, scenario planning, and research projects. Analyse data to identify trends or key issues, providing actionable insights to stakeholders. Drive process improvements and promote innovation within the People Team. Resolve data and MI technical issues and maintain advanced MI knowledge. Manage MI system and dataset access, ensuring compliance and data integrity. What we’re looking for We’re looking for our HR team to be able to display a proactive, accountable and problem-solving approach so we’ll be looking for evidence of: Significant experience in integrating and analysing HR data from multiple sources (including HR Information Systems) to create relevant reporting and dashboards. Advanced Excel skills, Power BI and an experienced user of MS Office. Experience with Midland HR/iTrent HRIS is strongly advantageous. Demonstrable experience in analysing, modelling, and interpreting employee data and management information. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build excellent relationships with stakeholders and translate complex data into clear business language.
