- Managing the whole employee life cycle from onboarding to exit interviews
- Providing metrics and analytics from the HRIS (HiBob)
- Managing the payroll and benefits and working with their external payroll provider to ensure the smooth running of payrolls in the UK and US.
- Responsible for compliance, people processes and policies
- Partnering with line managers to provide coaching on any employee issues
- Managing low level ER cases
- Owning the global immigration process
- Working alongside the Head of People to deliver HR initiatives,
About you?
- You will have previous experience in a scaling tech / scientific business
- Passion for delivering a great employee experience
- CIPD qualification or equivalent
- Line management experience
- HR tech savvy and a passion for HR data and analytics reporting
- Proficiency in MS office applications
- An excellent communicator with a collaborative approach
