Location – Newfield House, Vicarage Lane, Blackpool, Lancashire, FY4 4EW
Salary – £28,000 to £31,000 a year Depending on experience
Main duties of the role
The People Manager will act as part of the underpinning support team for all colleagues and management in our 111 Call Handling Services based in Blackpool. This role is responsible for delivering the best support for colleagues. It also includes supporting the implementation and development of policies, processes, and legislation, ensuring that terms and conditions are maintained. The post holder will recommend and support colleague relations practices necessary to establish a positive colleague/employer relationship and enhance morale and motivation. You will use your experience and have the ability to deal with sometimes challenging individuals. Furthermore, you will support managers in the disciplinary and grievance procedures and become actively involved in the process when appropriate and necessary.
