Hybrid, 2 days a week at head office in Hampstead, London Job Summary: You’ll work collaboratively with our managers and colleagues across Anthony Nolan, delivering operations and payroll advice and support in all aspects of our employee lifecycle by: Providing advice on our benefits, policies, terms and conditions and processes. Ensuring that any contractual or other employment changes are carried out. Inputting and preparing our monthly payroll data to submit to our managed payroll provider. Submitting our pension and other benefit reports. Ensuring our HR platform data is maintained and accurate. Providing employee related reports and insight. What’s in it for you?
