Description
Join our Pasta Evangelists team as the People Operations Associate reporting into the Chief People Officer supporting Head office, Cloud Kitchens, Production site and our Harrods teams.
What you'll do at Pasta Evangelists
Understand the scale-up culture and know how to resolve queries at a fast pace. Be the first point of contact for People queries and supporting Managers with Employee Relations queries. Acting as the first point of contact for employees across all functions within Pasta Evangelists. Supporting and advising with Employee relations cases including; absences, capability, disciplinary, grievance processes etc. Conducting right to work checks for new starters and managing VISA expiration. Conducting frequent audits to ensure we are compliant with immigration requirements. Manage documentation for current and new hires including contracts, legal documentation and personal information. Supporting updating our HR systems with employee records. Running our annual performance review processes and engagement surveys. Ensuring New starter onboarding has been completed. Build and maintain our internal people processes and create efficiencies. Assisting with the fortnightly and Monthly payroll process when required. Support on important projects that benefit the wider business.
Who you are
You have 2-5 years’ experience in HR in the hospitality industry. CIPD level 3 qualification. Proven experience in a similar role in a fast-paced, high growth environment. You have an advanced level of excel, word, powerpoint or G Suite. You have experience of using planday or similar time and attendance systems. A can do, will do attitude. Excellent communication skills. You don’t turn a blind eye to issues, but instead you jump on them and have a strong desire to solve them. You enjoy coaching and motivating team members to ensure continuous improvement. You are hugely detail oriented and don’t ever cut corners. You love working in a start-up team! ... A pasta lover!
