People Operations Consultant

Drive Change : Own people-related projects from employee relations to recruitment, and bring fresh ideas that help shape the business. Be the Expert : Support the whole employee lifecycle for staff and volunteers—this is your chance to truly influence the experience and culture. Collaborate : Work alongside senior leadership to feed into strategy and drive transformation across the organisation. Lead and Inspire : Coach, train, and work closely with employees and volunteers to develop their potential. What You’ll Need:
Solid generalist HR experience
with a proven track record in
employee relations ,
recruitment , and
people projects . Exposure to mission-driven or charity sectors
is a bonus, but a passion for making an impact is a must! Strong
communication skills ,
leadership ability , and the confidence to lead projects and initiatives. A knack for thinking outside the box and delivering creative HR solutions that make a real difference.
