Be seen, be understood, be you. As a People Operations Coordinator , you will be an integral part of our global People Operations team, supporting employees across their entire lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, maintaining personnel records, processing employment changes in our HRIS, and managing ad hoc people-related inquiries. You will also serve as a strategic partner to your People Partner colleagues in the UK, Copenhagen, Germany, and beyond. Collaborating closely with stakeholders across all our German group companies, you will contribute to the optimization of processes in the global People Operations team. The role will also require supporting employees in other EMEA regions, including Spain, ensuring that we deliver seamless operations across borders. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who is comfortable with systems, data, and building relationships with key stakeholders. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinate and process people-related data and documentation for the German market, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, contract extensions, and benefits administration. Maintain and ensure the accuracy of personnel records within our HRIS, payroll, and benefits platforms. Provide exceptional support to employees based in Germany by managing a People team inbox and responding to employee inquiries in a timely manner. Collaborate with the Payroll Manager to collate and manage data required for the timely completion of each monthly payroll cycle. Partner with Talent Acquisition and IT to ensure timely procurement and issuance of IT equipment for new starters. Work with the global People Operations HRIS team to conduct system uploads and updates as needed. Support People Partners with general administrative duties and special projects as required. Liaise with the global People Operations reporting team to obtain relevant data and insights when needed. You Are: Detail-oriented, with a structured approach to your daily tasks. Comfortable working with data, numbers, and formulas in Excel, including functions like Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc. Confident in managing HRIS and employee data systems. Eager to work as part of a global team, providing support to employee groups in various locations. Service-minded with a "can-do" attitude and the ability to solve both small and large tasks. An effective communicator, able to collaborate across cultures and geographies. Essential Skills and Experience: Fluent written and verbal communication skills in German. Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English. Minimum of 2-3 years of prior experience in a similar role or field of work. Strong skills in the MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with UKG and ADP is a plus.
