A fast-paced and collegiate environment where the team works collaboratively to achieve shared goals. What would I be doing day to day? Key duties: Supporting the full onboarding and offboarding process including all paperwork, screening processes and updating the relevant systems. Acting as the lynchpin, communicating expertly with the team, keeping them on track and providing accurate hand-offs. Creating in-depth reports and dashboards from various data sources. Accurately maintaining all employee records, ensuring deadlines are met. Acting as the first point of contact within the People inbox, redirecting queries where necessary. Supporting during crucial cyclical processes including annual bonus and salary reviews, utilising advanced Excel knowledge and mail merges. Administering engagement surveys, then analysing and presenting the data to the wider team. Working with the Payroll and Benefits partner to ensure all records and documents are in place. Administering the LMS system, providing reference requests and any other ad hoc tasks. What is the company looking for? Minimum 4+ years' experience in a People Operations role. Confident analysing and manipulating data to provide insights. Confident user of Excel at an advanced level. Experience within a financial or professional services environment. System savvy, experience with ADP beneficial. Prior experience of supporting payroll.
