As our People Partner, you’ll be at the forefront of this transformation, collaborating closely with our leadership teams across HEINEKEN UK (HUK). Your role will focus on driving strategic people initiatives, fostering a positive workplace culture, and enabling our people to thrive. You’ll play a critical part in shaping the future of HR at the Manchester brewery, acting as a trusted advisor and championing our commitment to creating an inclusive, high-performing environment where everyone can bring their best selves to work. So, what will you be doing? Here are some of the key accountabilities. Strategic Business Partnering:

You’ll work in partnership with the leadership team, providing insight, coaching, and challenge to ensure high-performing teams. Talent Management:

Your role will shape talent strategies by driving diverse pipelines, coaching leadership, and supporting employee growth to build an inclusive, high-performing workforce. Lead People Strategy:

You will spearhead the development and implementation of the People Plan, ensuring alignment with the overall HEINEKEN UK strategy. Employee Experience and Engagement:

You will partner with leaders to promote an inclusive, engaging workplace, leveraging data and insights to drive continuous improvement. Change Management:

You’ll support leaders through change initiatives, ensuring people-related aspects are strategically managed to optimise business performance. Employee Relations:

Partner with Employee Relations to navigate complex issues and coach leaders on effective management practices. Who we’re looking for. Proven experience in strategic HR business partnering within an

HR shared services model. Extensive experience in working with unions, including managing pay negotiations and other union-related matters. Strong understanding of HR practices and processes, with the ability to implement strategic initiatives that drive organisational performance. Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills, capable of building influential relationships with senior stakeholders and guiding them through complex challenges. A proactive and collaborative mindset, adept at managing change and driving employee engagement. CIPD qualification or equivalent experience in HR, along with a strong track record of delivering people-focused projects. Experience in data-driven decision-making, using people insights to shape strategies and support business growth. What’s in it for you?
