Up to £49,000 Are you an Operational HR Partner with strategic strengths in engagement and a CIPD or equivalent qualification looking to work in the Education sector? We are delighted to be working with our Education client who is looking for a regional HR Business Partner to lead on key projects to support strategic objectives whilst driving the operational day-to-day of the HR team. Duties include: Working with the HR Advisor to lead on case management Taking lead on driving engagement strategy and supporting management to ensure staff wellbeing through a structured engagement programme Leading performance management ensuring management are empowered to develop high-performing teams as well as developing reward solutions Succession planning and talent pipelining Assisting with restructures and reduction programmes Advising senior leaders on consultations with trade unions Working with the wider HR team to create and update policies and procedures This is a full-time permanent position working 37 hours per week with regular travel required across Nottinghamshire and wider Midlands sites (fully expensed). Minimum Requirements: To be considered for this role, you must hold a valid CIPD Level 5 qualification or higher/equivalent and be able to demonstrate recent relevant experience working as an HR Business Partner. Prior experience within the Education sector is desired but not essential, along with extensive knowledge of UK employment law. You will have experience working with trade unions, leading on complex ER casework, an understanding of workforce planning, and experience leading on engagement initiatives.
