People Reporting Analyst , you will be responsible for providing insightful people data and analytics whilst delivering recommendations to the wider business through consistent and accurate reporting, in order to enable data-driven decision making. About the role Respond to ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests escalated by local People teams, Managers, or Employees. Produce daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and analysis for relevant stakeholders. Deliver fit for purpose workforce reporting and analysis using a combination of tools, including Excel, Power BI, ServiceNow HR, and SAP SuccessFactors. Support periodic People projects with reporting and analysis to identify trends and concerns for business opportunity. Develop, test, and implement new system requirements relating to reporting. Escalate identified data integrity and security issues to the People Insights & Reporting Manager and ensure they are suitably resolved in a timely manner. Role requirements Experience working in a similar reporting and analysis role. Strong understanding of HR practices. Experience working in international environments. Advanced Excel knowledge, with the ability to translate complex data into a simple format. Proficiency in MS Office. Knowledge of HR Information Systems such as SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, and ThanksBen. What we do for you The key to our success is the quality and commitment of our people.
