People Services Manager

to lead the way. This is your chance to manage a dynamic team, drive operational excellence, and make a meaningful impact on colleague satisfaction and HR service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop a team of People Services Administrators and Advisors, ensuring high-quality HR support and services. Oversee HR administrative operations, maintaining compliance with GDPR and other regulations. Drive continuous improvement using AI and digital tools to optimise processes and enhance service delivery. Act as the escalation point for complex HR queries, collaborating with stakeholders to resolve issues. Monitor and report on team performance metrics, supporting data-driven decision-making. Collaborate with HR leadership to streamline processes and improve the colleague experience. Ensure service coverage, proactively managing risks and implementing contingency plans. Foster a culture of innovation, knowledge sharing, and career development within the team. Location:

Based in Nuneaton (CV10 7RH). This is a hybrid role with a requirement to be in the office 2 days per week. The Person: Proven experience in HR management or team leadership. Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance standards, and service delivery models. Familiarity with digital tools and AI-driven solutions to improve HR services. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. A track record of optimising HR processes and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Experience mentoring and developing team members to drive performance and engagement. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse trends and provide actionable insights. Our Benefits
