Role Purpose We’re looking for a talented individual to join our People team for an unforgettable 8-week internship. As one of our interns, you will bring your own unique perspective as a learner, together with your academic knowledge, technical skills, and enthusiasm, and will gain a comprehensive introduction to our business. Key Responsibilities of the role Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening candidate applications, and scheduling interviews. Support onboarding and offboarding processes. Help organise and coordinate employee training and development programs. Participate in employee engagement activities and events. Maintain and update employee records and databases. Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed. Your experience, skills and knowledge Essential Currently in your second year at university or a year before graduation, completing a degree with expected 2:1 or above. Proficient in Microsoft Office package. Strong organisational skills. The ability to handle sensitive information. Enthusiastic to learn about HR practices. Desirable Knowledge of the Fintech industry. About the internship Successful candidates will spend 8 weeks working with our People team in the summer months.
