People Systems & Transformation Manager , you will be a key player in the People and Culture department. Your Responsibilities include: HR Systems Management:
Lead the development and implementation of a new HR system, managing day-to-day operations, and serving as the system’s subject matter expert. Data Management and Reporting:
Ensure the provision of accurate people data for external reporting requests, statistical data returns, and key HR metrics. Team Leadership:
Manage a small HR team: You’ll allocate tasks, review work, and ensure your team receives the necessary training and support. What We’re Looking For Qualifications:
Ideally, you’ll be CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent. Experience:
