Your Role and Responsibilities

As the

People Systems & Cultural Transformation Manager , you will be a key player in the People and Culture department, which encompasses three main areas: People Systems and Transformation, Employee Relations, and ED&I (Equality, Diversity & Inclusion). Your Responsibilities include:

HR Systems Management:

Lead the development and implementation of a new HR system, managing day-to-day operations, and serving as the system’s subject matter expert.

Data Management and Reporting:

Ensure the provision of accurate people data for external reporting requests, statistical data returns, and key HR metrics. Provide management insights to support evidence-based decision-making.

Team Leadership:

Manage a team of two OD Partners and a Systems Advisor. You’ll allocate tasks, review work, and ensure your team receives the necessary training and support.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications:

Ideally, you’ll be CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent.

Experience:

You should have demonstrable experience in developing, maintaining, and implementing HR/People systems.
