PeoplePlus Current Vacancy - Independent Living Adviser
The Role
Our Independent Living Advisors provide high quality information, advice and support to both referring Health & Social Care professionals and vulnerable eligible customers who are considering participating in Self Directed Support Schemes, Independent Living Schemes, Personal Health Budgets and self-funded/private clients, over a designated area. We are looking for individuals with a background in social care who can support adults with disabilities to live independently in their local communities.
This is a remote working position for 21.75 hours a week; however, you need to be based in the Cheshire East area due to the requirement to travel for community engagement.
