About The Role Continuous Improvement is an insight-led, multi-skilled team within the People Function. We work collaboratively to support, innovate, and identify opportunities for refinement to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Function and operationalise the delivery of our strategic priorities. The Performance and Insights Senior Manager is responsible for leading teams that focus on data and insights, measuring the performance of the People Function, process improvement, aspects of People Function technology, and leading the effective access of people-related Knowledge via Solutions Hub (the Firm’s employee portal). Reporting directly to the Head of Continuous Improvement, this role involves managing multiple stakeholder relationships to identify issues and challenges and working collaboratively to implement solutions. The successful candidate will be passionate about continuous improvement across operational environments. What Your Day Will Look Like Lead, manage, and oversee performance measurement, process improvement, knowledge optimisation, and data and insights activities within the team. Develop capabilities across the Continuous Improvement (CI) team and set direction. Serve as an escalation point and share knowledge of best practices and technologies that enable continued process optimisation and efficiency. Collaborate with the Head of Continuous Improvement to explore opportunities for broader roles across the team over time. This Role Is For You If You can successfully build, drive, and manage key stakeholder relationships. You have the ability to drive a continuous improvement mindset across the People Function, regularly engage with People Function teams, and share challenges and best practices. Be an ambassador for optimizing employee experience, ensuring people-related content is accurate and user-friendly. You have proven experience building networks, including with senior stakeholders, and the ability to influence widely and engage others outside the team on the continuous improvement agenda. Work collaboratively on how CI will interact and hand off between multiple teams/stakeholders. You are confident in working with large data sets to develop insights and drive data-led decision-making. You have experience using PowerBI, Alteryx, and ServiceNow. You are comfortable working amidst ambiguity and fast-paced change, with attention to detail and an ability to work to deadlines in a high-pressure environment. You have a deep understanding of core HR processes, with an understanding of frameworks and methodologies related to project management and process improvement.
