Researching and preparing data analysis reports that support decision-making around the continuation of existing projects and the implementation of new projects. Conducting environmental assessments to support options analyses and providing data on the environmental impacts and carbon emissions associated with the Authority’s services. Drafting and presenting reports to enable understanding of key trends and forecasts. Supporting colleagues in the Education Team to present data to inform and raise awareness of the need for waste prevention, e.g., on the Authority’s website. About You

You will need to have: Good written English and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information and results in an accessible format. Experience of using MS Office-based IT including email, MS Word, and Excel to an advanced standard. Excellent data research, collection, and analysis skills, including the ability to work with and manipulate large datasets. An excellent level of numeracy demonstrated practically. A methodical and rigorous approach with a high level of attention to detail and ability to produce work of a consistently high standard. Good organizational and planning skills with the ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines. An ability to develop positive effective working relationships with a range of people. An ability to work on your own initiative as well as being a member of a team. Knowledge and experience of waste management is desirable. If you are a detail-oriented individual with excellent data research and analytical skills, we would love to hear from you. Join our team as a Performance Information Officer and contribute to the successful delivery of our projects.
