Our client is an FM Service Provider with an impressive portfolio of clients across London. It is looking for an Interim Performance Manager for a healthcare contract in North London. As the Interim Performance Manager, you will work closely with the GM and ensure that the account is being run well and in accordance with the contract specifications. This is a hard FM contract, so extensive knowledge of FM and hard services is essential. In addition, the contract falls under the PFI scheme, so experience of PFI and operating with public sector clients is also desirable. You must have a proven track record monitoring and assessing contract performance within the FM sector. You will also have excellent attention to detail, understand compliance, and be able to carry out audits. This interim role will last circa 6 months, possibly longer. Rate: circa 250 per day.
