THE ROLE We are looking for an Affiliate Manager with a proven track record to manage our global affiliate marketing channel. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing and diverse digital team and at a stage where you can really make a difference. As a manager within the affiliate team, you will play a key role in driving performance in line with investment goals as well as supporting and developing long-term initiatives to ensure continued sustainable growth. You will work closely with Marketing, Data Science, Analytics and BI to develop strategies and processes ensuring complete business alignment. You will report directly to the Head of Growth, and lead a team to deliver business and channel goals as well as representing our global brand and values. WHAT YOU'LL DO

Works with Head of and contributes to strategy development for the Affiliate channel aligned to overall business goals and translates the strategy (team & department) into operational and tactical plans Contributes to budget definition and manages and controls associated costs and resources for the business area Defines KPIs aligned with business area strategy and analyses to identify potential efficiency improvements and determines solutions for at-risk areas Manages ongoing operations of the area and establishes plans and allocates work to the team Develops relationships with key affiliate partners to align strategic goals and identify areas of opportunity Inspires, motivates, builds, leads and directs the team acting as a role model at all times Provides feedback for the performance review process and owns all related process (salary review, development and training, career planning and hiring) Delivers training and reviews outputs of senior team members Stays ahead of advancements across the Farfetch business to leverage new capabilities Communicates with other departments and teams to exchange critical information and to identify areas of synergy to drive contribution to the overall Farfetch strategy Keeps abreast of industry and internal developments and translates this knowledge into Performance Marketing project WHO YOU ARE
