Our client is a business in the B2B and education space and they are looking for someone with fab experience in driving performance marketing and managing digital marketing campaigns across PPC, SEO, paid social and email. This is a full-time, permanent role with a salary of £45k-£55k DOE. Our client is remote first BUT they have an office space in Birmingham for those who want to use it. All they ask is that you are happy to get together once every 4-6 weeks in the Birmingham area.

The Role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who comes with strong experience in developing performance marketing strategies and is happy being hands-on with the delivery. Experience in Pardot, Google Tag Manager and GA4 is essential. Making a big impact with your work will be super important to you, as you will have exceptional attention to detail and thrive in an environment where you can own your projects.
About You
- Experience in digital marketing tools such as Pardot, Google Tag Manager, GA4
- Experience in developing overarching digital marketing strategies but also love to deliver campaigns and get stuck in
- Good technical digital marketing experience
- Developing and implementing SEO strategies
- Managing paid search and paid social campaigns
- Contributing to managing marketing attribution models using Salesforce and Pardot to understand the impact of different campaigns on lead generation
- Collating content such as success stories, video content briefs, etc
- Keeping up to date with digital marketing trends
Please note our client offers a remote first working environment with the expectation of meeting in the Birmingham area once every 4-6 weeks plus a few additional days, but the office is there to use as you wish for those who like to be in more.
