If this sounds like you, please read on What You’ll Do: Lead Paid Social Strategy: Drive always-on customer acquisition campaigns by identifying top-performing channels, setting goals, audience targeting, implementing automation, and defining KPIs and budgets. Campaign Execution & Optimization: Manage, execute, and optimise Paid Social strategies for larger integrated marketing campaigns while delivering insightful reports on campaign performance. Develop Experimental Frameworks: Design, implement, and optimise campaign experiments for continuous learning, ensuring measurable insights and improvements. Collaborate with Social Platforms: Engage directly with social networks to leverage platform capabilities, test new campaign ideas, and explore opportunities for growth. Stakeholder Engagement: Regularly communicate with internal teams to align on objectives, strategy opportunities, and overall marketing performance. Lead Digital Integration: Work with other team leads to align SEO, Paid Search, and Paid Social strategies, ensuring cohesive digital marketing initiatives. Training and Transition: Oversee the transition of Paid Social campaign management to the Social Team, offering guidance and training for smooth handover. Mentorship & Innovation: Mentor junior team members, foster a culture of continuous learning, and stay ahead of industry trends to ensure digital marketing innovation. Launch Affiliate Strategy: Launch our affiliate strategy on a leading network with industry leading publishers. Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and analyse key digital marketing metrics across all channels, driving data-driven optimisations and refinements to achieve the best possible results. Proven track record of managing SEO, Paid Search, and Paid Social strategies, delivering measurable improvements in performance. Strong Communicator. Effectively communicate and present digital strategies to both internal teams and external stakeholders. Industry Connected. Maintain established contacts and relationships within the digital marketing industry to stay on top of trends and innovations. Your Experience Includes: 3 years in a digital paid ads role. Accountability for SMM, PPC, SEO, SEM and Affiliates. Reporting, Dashboard development and maintenance. People Management capabilities and experience of leading a team. Working cross-functionally to achieve shared goals. ⭐️ Bonus If You: Have worked in Paid Ads for an Apparel / E-Commerce Company. Managed digital marketing activities for a company with a multi-national customer base. Experience with online fashion. Work Location & Hours : This role will be based at our Brighton Studio, United Kingdom. This role will be performed on a hybrid working arrangement, consisting of a minimum of 3 Days per week in the office, and 2 Days working from home. This position is a full time position of 37.5 hours, with hours worked between 08:00 – 06:00 pm, Monday through to Friday. Does this sound like you?
