FI-REM is seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead our online customer acquisition and growth efforts. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies across various digital channels, including SEO, paid media, and content marketing, to drive measurable results. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, a passion for digital marketing, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities:

SEO Strategy and Execution :

Keyword Research & Analysis : Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-value opportunities, analyse competitor strategies, and understand search trends. On-Page Optimisation : Optimise website content, including titles, meta descriptions, headers, and body copy, to improve organic search rankings. Ensure website content is well-structured, easy to navigate, and mobile-friendly. Off-Page Optimisation : Build high-quality backlinks from reputable websites to enhance domain authority and drive referral traffic. Develop and implement a link-building strategy that includes guest posting, outreach, and other effective techniques. Technical SEO : Monitor website health, identify technical issues, and implement solutions to ensure optimal search engine visibility.

Paid Acquisition Strategy and Execution :

Campaign Planning & Budgeting : Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, social media platforms, and other relevant channels. Allocate budget effectively to maximise ROI and achieve campaign objectives. Ad Creation & Optimisation : Create compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with target audiences and drive conversions. Continuously test and optimise ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to maximise performance. Performance Tracking & Analysis : Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, and return on ad spend (ROAS). Analyse campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. A/B Testing : Conduct rigorous A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and other elements to optimise campaign effectiveness.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Data-Driven Decision Making : Utilise data analytics tools to track website traffic, user behaviour, and campaign performance. Leverage insights to inform strategic decisions and optimise marketing efforts. Regular Reporting : Prepare and present clear and concise performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, trends, and recommendations.

Team Management and Collaboration :

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with other departments, including marketing, sales, and product, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience (3+ years) as a Performance Marketing Manager or in a similar role. Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices and current trends. Expertise in SEO, paid media (Google Ads, social media advertising), and content marketing. Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console) and reporting platforms. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
