DO NOT APPLY THROUGH THE PADI PRO JOB BOARD–SUBMIT ALL APPLICATIONS AT: The Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for managing and executing paid advertising campaigns while working to hit global and regional key performance indicators. The role will involve the management and evaluation of current campaigns while suggesting and implementing changes to achieve an optimal return on ad spend. This position is contract and remote work will be considered. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Execute campaigns to drive brand awareness and maximize revenue. Contribute to the development of overall media strategies for paid digital media plans (including audience targeting and segmentation, messaging, flighting, budgeting, etc.) Optimize campaigns through testing with a focus on improving efficiency, consistency and effectiveness. Work closely with other teams to evaluate efficiency and to better understand Paid’s role in the wider marketing mix. Collaborate with creative teams to develop and produce content assets (banner ads, landing pages, etc.) that will increase engagement and conversions. Identify trends, insights and innovations in the industry and stay abreast of market dynamics. Hit goals across different business units set forth by the organization. Effectively communicate on campaign performance to internal stakeholders. QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 3+ years experience in buying and optimizing digital ads, with a focus on SEM. Highly proficient with Google Ads. Proficient with Meta Ads. Experience in conversion optimization with a preferred focus in digital marketing. Demonstrated ability to extract, analyze and report out on necessary data points, and derived insights. KEY SKILLS AND ABILITIES

A heavily data-driven approach is essential, with strong logical and analytical capabilities. The ability to think beyond just the standard operating procedure when using advertising platforms. Strong communication skills, preferably with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Understanding of the scuba industry is a plus but not a must.
