This is a brilliant opportunity to join a forward-thinking team as a Performance Marketing Manager and play a key role in driving the next phase of growth.

With a clearly defined and impressive brand position, they are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing/ Paid Social Specialist to help build on their success.


You’ll report into the Head of Digital Acquisition, supported by the wider marketing team and 3rd party digital agencies.


Your focus will be on shaping and executing the performance marketing strategy, with an emphasis on Paid Social across all platforms. You will manage a multi-million-pound budget, ensuring maximum ROI and continued growth.



Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Deliver the brands Paid Media strategy, including campaign planning, implementing, managing, and reporting.
  • Hands on support of the brands Paid Social campaigns (across all platforms) and activity to support the most commercial plan that supports the brand creative.
  • Employ a consistent test and learn approach for any new implementations across channels.
  • Work alongside the wider digital team including SEO, CRM, Affiliates, Social Media to ensure end to end customer experience and total audience reach.



The successful candidate must have:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in a senior Paid Media / Paid Social role.
  • Ecommerce experience: agency or client side.
  • Hands on Paid Social experience.
  • Experience working in a testing environment, test & learn.
  • Hands on experience across PPC is an added bonus but not essential (managed via an agency)
  • Confident in managing large budgets, teams, fast paced and senior stakeholder relationships.
  • Need to be analytical, comfortable reviewing data finding new opportunities for growth.
