Performance Marketing Manager

to become a key player on our team. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in SEO, PPC, and paid social media, and who can also lend their expertise to organic social media efforts when necessary. You will be responsible for executing impactful performance marketing campaigns across various platforms while collaborating closely with our clients and internal teams. Who are Together? The Role: This is a mid-level, hybrid role that blends expertise in

performance marketing

(SEO, PPC, and paid social media) with the flexibility to manage

organic social media projects

as required. It’s a great opportunity for someone with a diverse skill set who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimise

SEO strategies , including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimisation, and technical SEO. Manage

PPC campaigns

across platforms like Google Ads, Bing, and other relevant channels, focusing on ROI and conversions. Lead

paid social media campaigns , ensuring effective targeting, A/B testing, and performance tracking across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Support organic social media projects, including strategy development, content creation, scheduling, and community management, as required. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver cohesive organic and paid strategies that drive results. Monitor and analyse campaign performance across all channels (SEO, PPC, social media), providing actionable insights and regular reports to clients and internal stakeholders. Use analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and social media platforms to track and optimise campaign success. Present campaign strategies, performance insights, and recommendations to clients professionally and confidently. Act as the go-to expert for performance marketing and social media, offering tailored solutions to meet client objectives. Confidence in planning, producing and editing content including a willingness to be in front of camera if necessary. Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop impactful assets for campaigns. Stay informed about the latest industry trends, tools, and algorithm changes to ensure our strategies remain competitive and cutting-edge. Requirements: A bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in a relevant discipline. A

with

3+ years’ experience

in SEO, PPC, and paid social media. Skilled in managing organic social media campaigns and comfortable stepping into organic projects when needed. Experienced in using tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, and SEO platforms (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz). Proficient in data analysis, with experience using Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and other reporting tools. Confident and professional in client-facing roles, with excellent presentation and communication skills. Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines. Flexible and collaborative, with a creative approach to problem-solving. Desirable Skills: Experience working with FMCG, food, or drink brands. Knowledge of content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and basic HTML for SEO purposes. Familiarity with social listening tools and other marketing technologies. Basic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
