About the Role As the Performance Marketing Manager, you will lead key digital marketing channels, ensuring their effectiveness and alignment with the company's strategic goals. You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns, implementing SEO strategies, and managing marketplace performance. The role requires a creative, data-driven professional with a passion for digital marketing and a proven track record of delivering impactful results.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Media Management:

Develop, execute, and refine paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and AMS to achieve acquisition and sales targets. SEO Strategy:

Drive organic growth through strategic SEO initiatives, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building efforts. Affiliate Marketing:

Manage the affiliate program, fostering strategic partnerships to increase website traffic and conversions. Marketplace Optimization:

Oversee performance on third-party platforms, ensuring products achieve optimal visibility and results. Analytics and Reporting:

Monitor performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, ACoS, etc.), generate actionable insights, and provide regular reports to stakeholders. Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with product, creative, and social teams to align digital efforts with broader business goals. Team Leadership:

Support the development of team members and contribute as a senior member of the digital marketing team.

Experience:

A solid background in performance marketing within the retail industry. Technical Expertise:

Proficiency with platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs). Analytical Skills:

A data-savvy mindset with the ability to translate metrics into meaningful improvements. Collaboration:

Strong interpersonal skills to work seamlessly with internal teams and external stakeholders. Passion for Digital Marketing:

A proactive approach to staying ahead of trends and embracing new technologies.
